Huedle is a free daily colour puzzle made by NewBlankPage, offered as-is for you to enjoy. By playing, you agree to these terms. They exist mainly to keep the leaderboards fair and to be clear that the game is a work in progress with no guarantees.

Huedle is provided free of charge and we keep improving it, so features, puzzles, and scoring may change over time. We work hard to keep your scores, leaderboard standings, and account safe, but we can't promise that every result will be kept forever.

Please play the game as intended. Don't cheat, automate play, submit scores you didn't genuinely earn, scrape or hammer the site, try to break or overload it, or interfere with other players' experience. Choose a username that isn't offensive, impersonating, or misleading. We may remove scores, usernames, or accounts that break these rules.

You don't need an account to play. If you set a username or link a Google account, you're responsible for keeping that access secure. If you play inside Discord, your Discord username becomes your Huedle username. Your username and completed results may be shown publicly on the leaderboards. You can ask us to remove your account and data at any time. See our privacy policy for how.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely to improve the game, without any obligation to you. Please don't include anything confidential or anything that isn't yours to share.

Huedle, its name, design, and puzzles belong to NewBlankPage. You're welcome to play and to share your results, but please don't copy, resell, or pass the game off as your own.

Huedle is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given time. We may change, pause, or discontinue the game or any of its features at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the game, including lost progress, scores, or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you use the game from elsewhere, you're responsible for complying with your local laws.

We may update these terms as the game develops. When we do, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
